Returns & Refunds Policy

Everything in this shop is made to order through my fulfillment partner, which means each piece is created just for you. Because of this production process, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.  Here’s what that means in plain language:

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Please take a moment to check the size charts and product details before placing your order!

I don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Changed mind

  • Color/style preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Buyer’s remorse

 

2. If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I absolutely want to know.

Please reach out within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of what went wrong

  • Once I have that, I’ll follow the replacement process with my fulfillment partner and make sure you’re taken care of.

  • You will not need to send anything back.

3. Defect-Only Replacements

These are the circumstances my fulfillment partner supports, and I work within the same terms, as follows. Replacements or refunds are only offered when:

  • The print quality is incorrect

  • The product itself is defective

  • The item shipped is not the item you ordered

  • The item arrives damaged

4. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit (not delivered and shows no movement for a significant period), reach out and I’ll look into it.
Once the issue is verified through tracking, I’ll request a replacement or refund.

5. Items Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, it can be reshipped at the buyer’s cost.
Please double-check your address before completing your order.

6. Custom Artwork & Creative Work

Any custom design work, creative services, or personalized products are non-refundable once work has begun.

7. My Promise to You

While I can’t offer returns or exchanges for preference or sizing, I do care deeply about the quality of your order.  If something is off, damaged, or not what you expected in terms of production — tell me.  I’m here to help make sure you end up happy with what you receive.
