By being here or placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Made-to-Order Products
Every product in this shop is created just for you through my fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced on demand and in line with their terms, all sales are final unless something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
2. Returns & Exchanges
I don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, style preferences, or changed minds. Please double-check product details and size guides before ordering — it saves both of us time, energy, and resources.
That said, I genuinely want you to love what you receive. If something with your order isn’t right, reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. If the item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I’ll make sure you're taken care of in line with my fulfillment partner’s replacement process. You won’t need to send anything back.
3. Shipping & Addresses
Orders ship once production is complete and include tracking. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it can be reshipped at the buyer’s cost.
4. Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, I’ll work with my fulfillment partner to replace or refund it after confirming the tracking status.
5. Artwork & Creative Rights
All artwork, illustrations, designs, and creative content featured on my products or this site belong to me, S.J. Lentz. You’re welcome to enjoy the physical piece you purchased — but copying, tracing, reproducing, modifying, or using my artwork for commercial purposes or digital reproduction isn’t allowed. These designs are part of my life’s work. Thank you for respecting them.
6. Limitation of Liability
I’m not responsible for production delays, shipping carrier issues, or any circumstances outside my control. If something does go wrong, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process your order or communicate with you. I don’t sell, trade, or share your data.
