Shipping Policy
All items in this shop are made to order through my fulfillment partner. Here’s how the shipping process works:
1. Production Time
Each item is created just for you once your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the item.
2. Shipping Time
After production, your order ships with tracking.
Shipping times vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they’ve shipped.
International delivery times can vary based on location and local postal services.
3. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update after the package leaves the facility.
4. Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it can be reshipped at the buyer’s cost once a corrected address is provided.
5. Delays
Production or carrier delays can occasionally happen — especially around holidays or due to weather.
These delays are outside my control, but I’ll always do my best to keep things moving smoothly.
6. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, reach out.
Once we confirm the issue through the tracking information, I’ll work with my fulfillment partner to replace or refund the order.
7. Multiple Items
Because each item is made to order, some orders may ship in separate packages. If that happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.
